The "Faith On The March" files are part of the Schaffer Witnessing Web Pages
Database. This database is an individual's personal attempt to assist in the
international volunteer effort whose principal objective is to provide useful
and up to date scriptural information and education * freely * available world-wide,
across as many systems and technological advanced, or not so advanced, communication
platforms as possible.

All HTML formats released by Joseph M. Schaffer are freely available to anyone
within certain limitations described below. You are encouraged to quote subsets
of the "Faith On The March" in USENET articles, subject related FAQs,
magazine articles, etc... I do reserve the right, however, that the person
posting make reference to the source of the data and provide a pointer
and/or link to the database for the benefit of the reader. Failure to provide
links or pointers will constitute a violation of these rights.
Permission is granted by the copyright holder to allow free distribution of
these files and any other part of the Schaffer Witnessing Web Pages Database
in an ELECTRONIC FORM ONLY, providing the following conditions are met:
(1) NO FEE OF ANY KIND (however indirect), can be charged for its
distribution. If these files or any part of these files are being stored
for later distribution to anyone that can be seen as a customer to
yourself or your company/organization, YOU MUST contact Joseph M. Schaffer
for written authorization. It is unlikely that such permission would be
granted. Standard Internet connection fees and downloading charges are
not applicable, unless they are excessive and limited in scope to include
only these files, or subsets of these files, and access to any and/or all
other BBS, Internet, or other mediums, whether existing or not yet
existing, files and or databses are available.
(2) Each of the "Faith On The March" database files must be distributed
in combined and united format, and only in an unaltered form after a
specific written description has been included with the request for
permission to duplicate and/or post these pages, or parts of these pages,
and after such permission has been granted by the copyright holder.
Links directing towards the host page will be the only alteration
allowable. All header and trailer information (including this notice
and the details on where and how to access the original database) must
remain intact.
(3) Specifically the files may NOT be used to construct any type of on-line
database (except for individual personal use and is unaccessible by the
general Internet, or any other, population). Clearance for ALL such on-line
data resources must be requested from Joseph M. Schaffer.
This is to enable myself to maintain an up to date list of all such
sites. Clearance will be granted provided access to said database is
itself entirely free from ANY fees, and is appropriate towards the
encouragement of Bible study and reading, not degrading to any
race, social, nor economic status of people, nor degrades any
religious or political organization, nor promotes the loss or limitation
of basic human rights and/or freedoms, nor brings defamation to the legal
organization of "The Watch Tower Bible and Tract Society of Pennsylvania",
or any representatives of it, foreign or local, nor attempting to harm
the good name of the "Watchtower Bible and Tract Society of New York,
Inc.", or of it's representatives, foreign or local. Failure to
acquire written permission to post the database in whole constitutes
a violation of these rights.
(4) In addition, copies of the Schaffer Witnessing Web Pages database,
Witamoofls, and Friends pages must be made available by the same
method as the "Faith On the March" data files, but are not required to
be in the same location nor even a part of the "Faith On the March" data
files.
(5) CD-ROM distribution is prohibited without written permission from
Joseph M. Schaffer (see below for an e-mail/snail mail contact).
(6) Printed distribution is allowed without prior written consent providing
the follow conditions are met:
(A) All HTML and/or any other formatted code is removed and/or
deleted prior to printing the pages (including graphics not
original to the book as orignially published by Prentice Hall,
Inc). The only exception to this are the links detailing the
location of the original database, covered in section 6.B
below. [This means the cover and end sheets, pictures of the
Brothers and various Bethel facilities are allowed as part
of the printed distribution, but the graphics the copyright holder
or any assistant drew and the logo of the Watchtower Society are
not allowed as part of any printed distribution]
(B) Details on where and how to access the original database must
be included as a minimum within the first and last pages of
each printed collection. A collection is any amount of pages,
whether one or greater than one, stored, kept, or used in any
single location. Separate locations constitute a separate
collection, and therefor require separate details on where and
how to access the original database. This is important so that
if corrections are made, individuals can have access to the
corrected database.
(C) Any printed distribution may not be used in an interchange of
money, property, or service, with the exception of as equal
exchange as is possible of paper and/or ink in direct trade for
a similar amount of paper and/or ink as the printed distribution.
Monetary, service, or property donations or expenditures by any
other means constitutes a violation of this license. An exchange
of cash or monies in any form, whether at fair market value or
any other value, constitutes a violation of this agreement. The
exchange must be paper, ink, or a combination of the two. Any
other distribution must be free of charge and exchange.
(D) This license agreement is included with each printed collection.
(E) All other rights and responsibilities within the context of this
license agreement have been met.
(7) Rights to any other medium are reserved, whether electronic or not,
whether existing or not yet existing. All other rights reserved, whether
existing or not yet existing.
(8) IT IS AGREED that any and/or all of these pages must be removed from
any source of storage for viewing, reference, or any other reason
upon the demand of Joseph M. Schaffer or any of his legal representatives,
whether covered, or not covered, within this license. A change of content
on a web site, or any other means of distribution, electronic or not
electronic, existing or not yet existing, constitute a new site and
require approval for continued distribution of these files by the copyright
holder, as outlined within this license.
(9) AND IT IS FURTHER AGREED that none of these files will be accessible to
any persons, whether public or private, in a manner that would associate
them with the selling or buying of goods and/or services for profit or
not for profit, nor will they ever be associated, or construed to be
associated, with any form of profit, requests for donation, nor any
other means of active or passive collection of money, or any other
valued possessions, properties, saleable goods, or services.
Distribution by e-mail, BBS and internet systems is positively encouraged
within these limitations. For the purposes of this agreement, BBS is defined
as "Bulletin Board Service".
The files and software which make up the Schaffer Witnessing Web Pages
database may be uploaded to commercial BBS systems providing that the above
conditions are met and no * additional * fees are applied above the standard
connect time or downloading charges and permission by the copyright holder has
been granted.
This copyright notice has been designed to ensure that the voluntary time
and effort of Joseph M. Schaffer and any assistance, is not used
for financial gain by those who have contributed nothing or little to its
growth or success, and that the message therein not be clouded nor overshadowed
by profit, or even the appearance of profit. The changing nature of commercial
enterprise and profiteering has forced me to produce this statement. If you
